Located in the garden of the Pelican Bay hotel, this restaurant opens onto a panoramic sweep over the yachts in Port Lucaya Marina. Diners peruse the menu as exotic lounge music fills the night air. This has become a favorite watering hole of local yachties, who sample such appetizers as herb-laden escargots baked in garlic butter, steamed curry mussels, or perhaps the salad of pear, blue cheese, and greens mixed with a sweet nut vinaigrette. If you're here for lunch, Sabor has the best burger menu in town, including one flavored with Cajun spices. The fresh-fish dishes feature sautéed hog snapper in herb tomato sauce, and there's also a small selection of steaks. Sunday brunch from noon to 2pm is an event here, featuring three varieties of eggs Benedict.
