This cafe was moved in 2005 from a Caymanian house to its current place in a minimalist shop. Although some of its charm was lost in the transition, the cafe can now seat 30, as opposed to only six in its previous home. The mosaic-tile floor is as fancy as this place will get. But if you're in the mood for pastries, sandwiches, or wraps, this is as good a place as any. Your best bets are the pan-seared-salmon wrap, the ham-and-brie sandwich, or one of the salads. Specialty breads are the highlights of the menu.
