This restaurant offers beautiful views out of floor-to-ceiling windows. Sunshine floods the restaurant during the day, giving it an open-air vibe. The friendly staff can make recommendations from the extensive menu. Your best bets are the seafood Monterey, grilled ginger tuna with a ginger-soy sauce, the Cayman conch chowder, or the Cayman fettuccine with jerk chicken, shrimp, and red bell peppers. You can also choose from a wide selection of savory pizzas. Parts of the menu have a cheesy wannabe-Sopranos feel -- for example, the "Stallone Calzone," "Mama's Linguini," and "Meatballs Ba Da Bing" -- but the taste of the food makes up for it.
