Built in 1985, this pastel-pink complex is set on a highly desirable stretch of the famous Seven Mile Beach. It's a three-story and rather standard condominium development about 6km (3 3/4 miles) north of George Town and some 10 minutes from the airport. First-class maintenance, service, and accommodations are provided in the apartments, all of which have a kitchen, maid service, and laundry facilities. Usually only 8 of the 24 apartments are available for rent (the rest are privately owned and occupied but are sometimes rented out). You can choose units with two bedrooms and three bathrooms or units with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each unit has a well-maintained bathroom with a stall shower.
