Frommer's Review
This 1730 Lakeland cottage, once owned by Wordsworth, overlooks the lake and the fells. You'll be welcomed here by Peter and Susan Dixon, who will pamper you with morning tea in bed, turn down your bedcovers at night, and cater to your culinary preferences. The rooms are individually decorated, comfortably furnished, and well heated in nippy weather. All the bathrooms are well appointed, each with shower. Brockstone, a cottage annex that is a 5-minute drive along the road, can accommodate two, three, or four guests comfortably in utter peace.
