Campgrounds
On Wash. 109 north of Ocean Shores are two state park campgrounds. Pacific Beach State Park (64 campsites) is a small, exposed, and crowded patch of sand with little to recommend it other than good razor clamming nearby. More appealing is Ocean City State Park (178 campsites), which at least has trees for protection against the wind. This is a good choice if you plan to bicycle along this stretch of coast.
