Getting There

Bahamasair (tel. 800/222-4262 in the U.S.; www.bahamasair.com) flies to Matthew Town Airport from Nassau on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:15am. Flight time is approximately 2 hours.

You can also go by mail boat, MV United Star, which makes weekly trips from Nassau to Matthew Town (schedule varies). Call the Potter's Cay Dock Master (tel. 242/393-1064) in Nassau for details.

Getting Around

Taxis meet incoming flights from Nassau. If you need a car, check with one of the guesthouses, but don't expect the vehicles to be well maintained.
