Frommer's Review
This is one of the best dining choices in town. Along with fabulous views, Sea Waves offers a sophisticated well-prepared menu of specialties that include skewered meats served on sizzling iron plates and hot-pot dishes. It also serves a large menu of more standard Chinese dishes at quite reasonable prices. Reserve a window table, especially during daylight hours; it makes dining here memorable. Peking Duck (order in advance) is NIS 115 ($25) per person; there are good spare ribs and a very nice crispy duck with honey that you can order on the spot. Fried ice cream is a good dessert choice. There's a no-smoking area. Note: The Sea Waves may move across the street during the time span of this edition.
