This restaurant is imbued with a country charm, its windows opening onto views of the River Elbe. Although it's close to the street, the terrace is an ideal place to enjoy a warm Hamburg night. The young chefs are completely at ease with their recipes, which, for diversity, cross borders from Germany to Austria, with significant inspiration from western France. Nothing beats the lobster salad that the maitre d' prepares at your table. After that celestial beginning, you can go on to sample saddle of lamb in a rosemary sauce or filet of turbot under a sesame nut crust with a mushroom sauce.
