The vaulted ceiling and huge front windows filtering in plenty of light make for fabulous ambiance in this Italian restaurant. The 3-course set lunch menu is an excellent value at $7 (£3.90) and more than enough to fuel a traveler who's been walking all over Hanoi for the better part of 4 hours. The front table and upstairs balcony overlook the busy Old Quarter street outside, making this a perfect place for air-conditioned people watching. Or you can reach into their basket of board games and while away some time playing Vietnamese-vocabulary Scrabble.
