This relatively new hotel is a welcome addition to Harbin's travel scene, with clean rooms and an unmatched location right next to the Flood Control Monument. With just 83 rooms few tour groups stay here, making management more attuned to the independent traveler. The suites on the top floor share a common private balcony overlooking the river. (Don't confuse this hotel with the Gloria Inn)
