Hartford's prime-time power epicenter has a crowd that looks essentially interchangeable with the one that frequents its sister restaurant, Trumbull Kitchen , albeit with a few more suits at midday and a lot of air-kissing at night. The main room has banquettes arrayed behind expanses of glass, with a flashy mural on the back wall. Diners are indulged with hefty chophouse favorites -- "Cowboy Cut" beef rib chop with foie gras butter, perhaps -- and flightier efforts, such as Moroccan spiced chicken with cinnamon and cranberry couscous. Over two dozen wines are available by the glass.
