"A Gathering of Kings" is the luau/Polynesian show at the Fairmont. The show, a series of traditional Polynesian dance and music, blended with modern choreography, island rhythms, and high-tech lighting and set design, tells the story of the Polynesians' journey across the Pacific to Hawaii, featuring the culture and arts of the islands of Samoa, Tahiti, New Zealand, and Hawaii. Complimenting the show, the luau also highlights the cuisine of these Pacific islands.
