The darling of critics, Manfred Schwarz earned his reputation by cooking for numerous state guests to Germany. His gourmet fixed-price menus, ranging from three to seven courses, change every month. You might try scallops in a black sesame crust with sautéed radicchio, or roast beef tournedos with asparagus, or even a smoked salmon roll filled with Canadian lobster and served with a cucumber and wasabi salad.
