This hotel is a worthy choice for any of the four seasons. It's located near the starting point for many interesting walks. Several famous student inns (drinking taverns patronized mainly by students of the university at Heidelberg, although open to all) and the castle are also nearby. The hotel has been improved over the years; the rooms are comfortable, with bathrooms equipped with tub/shower combinations. The price and the location here are hard to beat.
