There are other branches: Hiroshima-Eki Minamiguchi-Migi, 1-26 Nodori-cho (tel. 082/502-1045), but it's a 9-minute walk southwest of the station; and Toyoko Inn Hiroshima Heiwa-Odori, 5-15 Tanaka-machi (tel. 082/504-1045), which is closer to downtown, but it's a 7-minute walk from the nearest streetcar station, past the nightlife district.
