Just next to the entrance of the Caravelle hotel, Café l'Opera is a bright, upmarket coffee corner run by illy. They've got the best machines, proper coffee, and excellent, simple Italian food. They recently made a Starbucks-esque move and opened two near identical new locations nearby.
