Arriving -- There’s no direct train service into Honfleur. From Paris, take one of the half-dozen or so daily trains from Gare St-Lazare to Trouville-Deauville (from 25€ one-way). There are cheaper fares if booked in advance online. From there, Bus Verts du Calvados (www.busverts.fr; [tel] 08-10-21-42-14) no. 20 makes the 25-minute ride to Honfleur; the one-way fare is 2.40€. From Rouen, take the train to Le Havre (15€ one-way; journey time around an hour) and transfer to bus no. 50 (4.65€ one-way), for the 30-minute ride to Honfleur. Several buses (no. 20) run daily between Caen and Honfleur (trip time: 2 hr.); the one-way fare is 8.20€.

To drive from Paris (trip time: 2–2[bf]1/2 hr.; 20.80€ in tolls), take A13 west, then the A29 north in the direction of Le Havre. From Pont l’Evêque or other points southwest, D579 leads to Honfleur’s major boulevard, rue de la République.
