This classic bar with a distinct masculine, clubby slant has been a Hong Kong institution for 50 years. It's so beloved that when the Mandarin underwent a massive update a few years back, this bar's makeover didn't dare change a thing. Popular with Central's business professionals for its weekday curry lunch, afterwork drinks, and live jazz nightly from 9pm, it's especially famous for its draft beer served in silver tankards; regulars even have their own with their names engraved on them. Note that children under 18 aren't allowed. Cocktails range in price from HK$108 to HK$128.
