Its name refers to the painted eye that once graced Chinese ships to keep them safe during their voyages, but all eyes here are trained on the gorgeous harbor views afforded from soaring floor-to-ceiling windows and from an outdoor terrace complete with telescope. Pony up to the bar, which runs the length of the venue, order a cocktail, and feel like a chosen one in this very cool venue, which adjoins a restaurant serving fusion Cantonese cuisine. The views from this place are so cool, I can't decide whether it's better to come during the day or night; you might just have to experience both. Happy hour is daily from 6 to 9pm.
