You have to walk up the stairs to the second-floor reception area, but an elevator delivers you to higher floors from there. With a good location across from Kowloon Park, the nonsmoking hotel -- actually, it seems more like a guesthouse -- offers a variety of clean, basic rooms, ranging from windowless (the cheapest) rooms to those on higher floors overlooking the park. It's an adequate and conveniently located choice; don't expect more.
