This is a simple but engaging government-rated two-star hotel that occupies a building from around 1955 and is located within a 15-minute walk of the city center. Rooms are relatively spacious, albeit blandly decorated in an internationalist modern style. Double-paned windows block out most of the noise from the busy street, and some have views of the nearby mountains. The well-scrubbed bathrooms contain tub/shower combinations. The restaurant is recommended separately.
