In Depth

This is a difficult time for Ireland, as it reels from an economic crisis and struggles with a sudden resurgence of sectarian violence in the North. There is a lot of soul searching going on right now. A complex small country with a deeply troubled past, Ireland is rich with both the hindsight of history and all of the problems inherent in modern culture. Troubled though these times are, this is a fascinating time to visit, and see Ireland in transition.
