A welcome new addition to the Bocas scene, Lemongrass fills the bill both in terms of innovative, delicious cuisine and waterfront view. Located above the Starfleet Scuba shop, Lemongrass is the brainchild of expat Mike Thompson, who earned his stripes working in restaurants in Thailand and Indonesia. The menu focuses on Asian cuisine using local ingredients as inspiration. Spicy crab cakes, Thai tacos with red-curry chicken, and fresh trout glazed in chile and ginger are a few mouthwatering items on the menu. Lemongrass is the only restaurant with an elevated waterfront view -- really the best view of any restaurant in town -- and there is a comfy lounge area, occasional live music, and very friendly service.
