This thatched-roof restaurant serves some of the best Panamanian and creole cuisine on the island, as well as fresh-from-the-boat seafood. Choose from red snapper, dorado, jumbo shrimp, octopus, and crab, and have it your way either grilled or with a garlicky sauce, slightly sweet oyster sauce, or onions and tomatoes. They also serve grilled chicken, vegetarian plates, and sandwiches. All meals come with coconut rice, coleslaw, and fried plantains. Don't miss the passion fruit (maracuyá) juice, or any of their fresh fruit juices. The open-air ambience goes well with the Caribbean Sea setting.
