Hotel Casa Max

This Dutch-owned hostel is housed in a Caribbean-style, two-story turquoise wooden building, with a barlike common area spread across the ground floor. On the whole, Casa Max offers good value for low-budget travelers, with tasteful but small rooms that are kept very clean. The service is accommodating and friendly, and they include continental breakfast. The hotel is located on a residential street, close to Main Street, but my only caveat is that Casa Max is in front of the surf bar Mondo Taitu, and light sleepers may be awoken by late-night music.
