This American-run B&B fronts the Cocomo-on-the-Sea and is across a dirt street from the waterfront, about a 5-minute walk to town. The B&B offers simple, squeaky-clean guest rooms notable for their polished wood floors and wall paneling. The most appealing aspect of Lula's is its "Turtle Deck" balcony, which receives cool breezes -- try to get a room that opens onto the balcony (both triples do). In general, guest rooms are on the small side, but not so small as to seem cramped, and the friendly service here makes guests feel at home. The owner grew up in Bocas and can provide in-depth information and excursion-planning information about the area. A continental breakfast is included in the price.
