Frommer's Review
The Royal stands on a hill facing the water and is said to have extended hospitality to Bonnie Prince Charlie during his 1746 flight. Back in those faraway days, the building that stood here was the old MacNab Tavern. In less dramatic circumstances, you can book one of its comfortable, small to midsize guest rooms; the preferred ones open onto the sea. Formal meals and bar snacks are offered.
Facilities:
2 restaurants; 3 bars; exercise room; spa; sauna; room service; nonsmoking rooms
