Designed to re-create a traditional English library, V.S.O.P. is an elegant and definitely mature locale on the mezzanine level of the Marmara Istanbul hotel. While I try to avoid hotel bars, this is actually an enjoyable spot for a drink and conversation. Open daily from noon to 11pm (later on weekends).
