NH Krystal Ixtapa ReviewKrystal hotels are known in Mexico for quality rooms and service. This was the original in the chain and one of the first hotels in Ixtapa, and it upholds its reputation for family-friendly service. Many staff members have been with the NH Krystal for its more than 20 years of operation and are on hand to greet return guests. This large V-shaped hotel has ample grounds and a terrific pool area. Most of the spacious guest rooms feature oceanview balconies and tile bathrooms, while master suites have larger balconies that double as living areas. Club rooms are just $30 more than regular rooms, and some rates include breakfast buffet. The center of Ixtapa nightlife is here, at the hotel's Christine dance club.
