You'll find the predictable steak/seafood/pasta menus -- usually injected with a few de rigueur wild-game dishes, too -- but you'll also find more-unusual options. Opening 3,000 feet above Teton Village in 2007, Couloir, accessible via gondola (tel. 307/739-2675), offers creative Western fare and incredible views.
