One of the stadium's biggest draws is the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl, usually held on New Year's Day.
The 16,000-seat Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, 300 A. Phillip Randolph Blvd. (tel. 904/630-3900 for information, or 353-3309 for tickets), hosts National Hockey League exhibition games, college basketball games, ice-skating exhibitions, wrestling matches, and family shows.
