The location is 1,260m (4,200 ft.) above sea level in the mountains overlooking Newcastle, with vistas of Kingston and the surrounding hills; Ian Fleming wrote parts of Dr. No in the house. The Blue Mountain coffee alone is worth the visit, and it's individually ground and brewed as you sit back taking in the scenery. You can also partake of curry or sautéed shrimp, and our favorite dish, pasta with jerk chicken. The chef is quite proud -- and rightly so -- of his crab backs, as well.
