The Train Puppet Theater in Liberty Bell Park offers programs (in Hebrew, but nonetheless interesting) for children and hosts an International Puppet Theater Festival every other year. The Israel Museum's lively Children's Wing has great exhibits, many of them hands-on, workshops in recycled materials, and a library of fabulous children's books you can sit and read.
