This glatt kosher Asian-style restaurant specializes in noodle and dim sum dishes, although it offers meat, poultry, and vegetarian dishes as well. There is an open kitchen, so you can watch the Chinese cooks at work, and a dining terrace in a rear garden. Always delicious, Yo-ja's noodles are a chewy earthy in-house interpretation of Asian noodles, served in Thai, curried, Szechuan, and other styles. The doughy dim sum are tasty, as are the soups. You'll also find Peking Duck (order in advance) and Szechuan rib-eye steak. The kitchen will do authentically fiery Szechuan and Hunan spicing on request.
