Formerly the Sonesta Jerusalem, this modern '80s hotel is wrapped around a light-filled atrium, which, unfortunately, is only used for private functions. The hotel prides itself on serving business travelers, but is also good for those who don't need atmosphere or a pool. Public areas and facilities are skimpy, but the rooms are pleasant enough for this category, and equipped with small-screen TVs. The location is within walking distance of Hebrew University's Givat Ram campus, the Israel Museum, and Yad VaShem.
