Making use of a former olive factory, it's a cozy spot for a casual meal, where you can enjoy crispy fried triangular börek or painstakingly stuffed manti while comfortably slouched on the mats and traditional-style floor cushions. It's not one of the town's gourmet offerings, but you came here for an authentic Turkish experience and here it is. And the bonus is that you're guaranteed a delicious bite to eat without emptying the entire contents of your wallet. Belgin's Kitchen has local Turkish musical groups in the evening; get there early to nab the table inside the large boiled-wool traditional tent upstairs (on the roof).
