One of Kansas City's top fine-dining establishments for more than 35 years, this contemporary, high-ceilinged, glass-enclosed restaurant features the best in regional fare (recipes are shared on its website), offers one of the city's most extensive wine lists, and has good views of the downtown skyline. The changing dinner menu offers fixed-price meals with entrees such as Wagyu beef with potato cake and green-bean casserole, or soft-shell crab with shrimp sausage and fiddlehead fern gumbo.
