One of Kansas City's top fine-dining establishments for more than 32 years, this contemporary, high-ceilinged, glass-enclosed restaurant features the best in regional fare (favorite recipes are provided on its website), offers one of the city's most extensive wine lists, and has good views of the downtown skyline. The changing dinner menu offers fixed-price meals with entrees such as grilled Black Angus filet with herbed potato croquette or Hawaiian butterfish with miso soup and crispy shiitake mushrooms. With its gorgeous setting and polished staff, this is a great choice for a celebration.
