This boutique establishment (just 24 units) offers older (built in 1973), compact condo units right on the ocean, enveloped in lush, tropical vegetation, with all the comforts of home at bargain prices. Each unit is individually decorated by its owners, but they are all comfortable (some studio units have pull-down beds to take advantage of the living space) and have everything you need for a vacation. The bathrooms tend to be tiny, but the kitchens are roomy enough. Ask for a unit on the ocean; they cost a bit more but are worth it. On-site amenities include a freshwater swimming pool, laundry facilities, maid service, and a very friendly staff happy to advise on where to eat and what to do. There is no air-conditioning in the units, as the tropical breeze generally keeps the units cool. The pool area has high-speed wireless Internet access but not the rooms.
