This hotel restaurant offers one of the most consistently reliable luncheon buffets in Jamaica. It's supervised by a pair of hardworking East German-born sisters whose unfailing standards have made it a staple on the capital's restaurant scene. Menu items are freshly made and succulent, with everything from Jamaican pepper-pot soup to goulash, jerk chicken or pork, schnitzels and sauerbraten, and roulades of pork or veal.
