A little bit of Paris in the heart of Kobe is offered by this popular and lively bistro, complete with sidewalk seating and chansons in the background. Lunch features set meals that come with soup, salad, a choice of main dish, bread, and coffee or tea, as well as sandwich and pizza sets. Dinner is more substantial, with main dishes ranging from roast lamb with mustard to beef bourguignon. Or, come for the afternoon cake set for ¥1,050, which gives you a choice of 10 different desserts (think tarts, tiramisu, or the mousse of the day) plus coffee, and sit and watch the world parade by.
