Named after Frank himself, this hole-in-the-wall eatery opened more than 25 years ago as a rock bar but metamorphosed into an Indonesian restaurant 10 years ago, inspired by the owner's frequent trips to Bali. Crammed full with knickknacks and photographs, it offers an eclectic mix of dishes from an English-language menu, like chicken with peanut sauce, sweet-and-spicy Thai chicken, yummy Mexican gyoza (filled with taco meat), Thai fried noodles, nasi goreng (fried rice), and nasi campur (rice, chicken, egg, and cabbage). You'll probably want to order at least two dishes per person.
