Frommer's Review
Yeah, yeah, you're supposed to be eating jambalaya and red beans and rice, to say nothing of boudin, but let's pretend you have already, or that you've got a kid who just won't touch fish or something spicy. We know, it happens, and you can't send 'em back after they are born. Anyway, to this end, Dean-o's offers up the best pizza in Lafayette, with homemade olive oil crust and several homemade sauces. Even a small pizza is big enough for two to share, and they offer a sampler -- up to four of their elaborate specialty combos on one pizza, perfect for the indecisive. Stuff your kid with the T. Rex (the "ultimate meat eaters") while you try the Marie Laveau, which has bluepoint crab. But next meal, have some étouffée, cher, okay?

Frommer's ranks every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment it reviews for quality, value, service, amenities, and special features using a star-rating scale, an expression of the strong compare-and-contrast opinions that are a brand hallmark.
Other ratings provide stars based primarily on price and amenities; the Frommer's star rating is meant to quantify the kind of intangible, experiential elements that help travelers make informed decisions.
The "baseline" recommendation is zero stars--every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment that Frommer's chooses to review is recommended; otherwise, we simply wouldn't include it.
