The former Pool Grille at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay has been remodeled and expanded and is now open for lunch and dinner. Located just off the pool, the casual, open-air, Hawaii-style bistro serves interesting lunches like wraps and sandwiches (such as a veggie panini with mushrooms, red peppers, mozzarella cheese, and zucchini), a great selection of salads (including a grilled ahi niçoise), and a range of entrees, such as kalua pork and cheese quesadilla or mahimahi fish and chips. At dinner, watch the sun set and the stars come out as you dine on fresh local fish, steak, free-range chicken, or small-plate entrees, such as island ceviche, crab cakes, lobster artichoke dip, and crispy calamari salad.
