The former Pool Grille has been remodeled and expanded and is open for casual lunch and dinner. Located just off the pool, the open-air Hawaii bistro serves interesting lunches like wraps and sandwiches (a veggie wrap with portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers, provolone cheese, avocado, and roasted garlic hummus), a great selection of salads (including a yummy calamari salad), and a range of entrees (kalua-pork-and-cheese quesadilla, mahimahi fish and chips). Alfresco dinner, during which you can watch the sun set and the stars come out, features fresh local fish, steak, and free-range chicken, and for those not too hungry, there are small-plate entrees from which to choose (Hawaiian kampachi, crab cakes, lobster, and red curry chowder).
