Frommer's Review
Not as bold a makeover as other recently refurbished buffets, but the redone room is certainly an improvement. Oddly, here it's the carving station that stands out, with simultaneous servings of turkey, ham, prime rib, chicken, game hen, sausage, roast vegetables (talk about a wild card), and lamb. The other stations are typical -- Mexican, Italian, seafood, Chinese. A particularly good dessert area is heavy on the cookies, cakes, and little pastries such as Oreo mousse tarts and mini crème brûlées. Best of all, there is a chocolate fountain with pound cake, fruit, brownies, and the like ready for dipping. It nearly overshadows the make-your-own root beer float station.
