A sign that individual Vegas culture might not be dead after all, these fairly large shops mix new and used records. The emphasis is on CDs, but there is a big vinyl section, and both show a varied selection of music styles (rock, punk, jazz, soundtracks, and so on). Cleverly, the stores spotlight bands coming to Vegas, both large and small, with special displays, plus there are always bins of music from local acts. They also feature occasional in-store CD signings, events, and concerts. Please note the signs cautioning against slam dancing!
