A government-rated three-star stucco hotel a block from the rail station, this building dates from the turn of the 20th century but has been recently renovated. Access to the hotel is via a pedestrians-only street in the town center, but any resident can drive up to the front door of the hotel and deposit luggage. In summer, flowers bloom in the window boxes of the hotel, adding an inviting touch. The interior has pine paneling stained in several different tones. The well-maintained bedrooms have sleek modern styling and are generally small.
