Frommer's Review
Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands frequently visited this establishment, but even without its royal clientele, it's the noblest hotel in town. Behind the hotel's chalet facade ornamented with trompe l'oeil murals, the Moosbrugger family displays many 18th-century items, including alpine painted chests and baroque sculpture. Rooms come in a variety of sizes, but all contain rustic decorations, double-glazed windows, beamed ceilings, excellent beds, and fine bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.
The hotel's convivial gathering places include a popular sun terrace and several bars. Zither and Austrian folk music are often presented in the peak winter months.
