Getting There
By Plane -- Major airlines fly into Blue Grass Airport (tel. 859/425-3100; www.bluegrassairport.com), 10 minutes from downtown. There's frequent service from most Midwest hubs. Most major car-rental agencies have desks at the airport.
By Car -- The major routes into Lexington are I-75 from the north (Cincinnati) and south (Knoxville), and I-64 from the east (Charleston, West Virginia) and west (Louisville).
