Some of the most reasonable accommodations in Liverpool are centrally located at Albert Dock in this reconverted warehouse where many of the original 19th-century architectural features have been preserved. The bedrooms are handsomely though modestly decorated, each spacious and well maintained. Furnishings are functional and harmonious in style. There are several Holiday Inns in Liverpool, but this one is the best. Ask for one of the accommodations opening onto a view of the historic dock area. A continental breakfast is served daily in the Lively Express Bar with its harbor views, and many quality restaurants and bars are found outside the entrance to the hotel.
